Wepa Refunds for Defective Prints


* Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of the incident *


EWU does not refund for defective prints.

To request a refund please email help@wepanow.com and provide the username associated with your wēpa account along with the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for.

*Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. *


Please NOTE: Wepa will not refund for user error.  Please verify that your document is how you want it prior to uploading, and DOUBLE CHECK THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE at the Print Station prior to clicking on your Payment option. If you feel that the final cost of your document is not correct, then double check your upload.  If you made the mistake of sending your document in color, do not print it, re-send in Black and White.
