Microsoft 365 Discount

Members of the EWU community are eligible to receive a 30% discount on Microsoft Office 365 Family & Personal subscriptions. The Family edition allows up to six people in the employee’s household to access as well. The discount is associated with your personal email address and the discount continues even if you leave the university.

Step 1

Sign up

Visit the Microsoft Home Use Program website

Enter your EWU email address

Click the “Get Started” button

Step 2

Validate

An email will be sent to your EWU email address with a link that will validate your eligibility for the HUP program.

Step 3

Sign in

Once validated, begin the purchase process by providing your Microsoft account that’s associated with your personal email address. This will allow you to continue receiving the discount, even if you leave the university.

Step 4

Shop

The purchase is processed and completed in the Microsoft Store. You can then install Microsoft 365 on your personal devices after the purchase is complete. If you have purchased Microsoft 365 Family, you can share their subscription with up to 5 members of their household.
