What tools are available to assist Supervisors with new employee onboarding?
The University’s Onboarding Program has a number of tools to help supervisors transition new faculty and staff successfully into the University and to ensure they are integrated. The program was specifically designed to address challenges experienced by supervisors and new employees during the initial few months of employment and to ensure a positive initial employment experience. There are onboarding checklists available for supervisors here. There is an onboarding website which includes a welcome video from President McMahan, employee checklists, a welcome flier and other information. You can access the website here.
