When do timesheets need to be submitted online by employees and approved by supervisors?
Employee timesheets must be submitted and approved by the dates identified on the Paydays and Web Timesheet Calendars. As an Approver, you are responsible for ensuring all of your employee’s timesheets are timely submitted. You can access timesheets through InsideEWU. On the site click on EagleNET and then Timesheets. If you find a timesheet is in “Pending” status as of the deadline, immediately instruct the employee to submit their timesheet.
