What will my employees be submitting for me to approve for timekeeping?
Each category of Employee follows slightly different web time entry procedures:

Part‐Time Staff and Student Employees (Not including Dining Services)
Report hours worked on electronic timesheet and submit by deadline.
Student Employees Dining Services
Dining Services Timekeeper will report the hours.
Full‐Time Classified and Exempt employees that are eligible for overtime
All hours are accounted for (hours worked and leave hours) every pay period and an electronic timesheet is submitted every pay period.
Exempt Staff – not eligible for overtime
Only report leave taken on timesheet and submit by deadline. If no leave was taken a timesheet does not need to be filled out for that pay period.
