How to Sync Company Portal

Occasionally Windows computers that are managed by our new Intune system will become out of sync with our updates. The easiest solution to this issue is to run a sync on Company Portal on your computer.

First, be sure you have an internet connection on your computer. An ethernet connection is best for this.

Then, open up Company Portal. The easiest way to get to it is by using the Windows search bar on the bottom of your screen.

Once you are in Company Portal, select the Settings option in the lower left of the application.

Once you are in settings, simply click the Sync option and wait for it to finish.
