Access to Argos
By default, all staff will have access to Argos, however you will not be able to see data or generate reports without requesting access to specific data.
Most issues with running a report in Argos occur when data access is needed but not previously requested. Please work with the report owners to determine which data access is needed and then submit a Request Reporting Database Access service request.
Two issues appear when trying to run a report in Argos:

These issues need to be reported to the Help Desk. They will then engage our Accounts team to work through your Banner access.

These issues can be resolved by identifying the missing permissions with the report owner and creating a Request Reporting Database Access service request.
