Authorizing PaperCut Scan to Cloud for Google Drive
The first time that you select scan to Google Drive on a copier, you will need to authorize PaperCut to access your account. You only need to do this once. Login to a copier with PaperCut Select the Scanning option at the PaperCut screen. Select Google Drive Scan your documents. Complete your scans and log out of the device. Go to your computer or another device with access to your email and follow the process below: a. Open the email from PaperCut and click the button labeled Login to Google Drive. b. If you are logged into more than one Google account, select your @ewu.edu account: c. Click confirm if requested. You will see the message below after you've successfully authorized access to your account. d. Look for an email from PaperCut with a link to your newly scanned documents. They will be automatically uploaded to a folder labeled Scans for PaperCut MF at the root of your Google Drive. Note: Google Shared Drives are not currently supported, but PaperCut plans to add support soon.

Authorizing PaperCut Scan to Cloud for Microsoft OneDrive
The first time that you select scan to Microsoft OneDrive on a copier, you will need to authorize PaperCut to access your account. You only need to do this once. Login to a copier with PaperCut Select the Scanning option at the PaperCut screen. Select OneDrive Scan your documents. Complete your scans and log out of the device. Go to your computer or another device with access to your email and follow the process below: a. Open the email from PaperCut and click the button labeled Login to OneDrive for Business. b. If you are logged into more than one Microsoft account, select your @ewu.edu account: c. Click confirm if requested. You will see the message below after you've successfully authorized access to your account. d. Look for an email from PaperCut with a link to your newly scanned documents. They will be automatically uploaded to a folder labeled Apps/Scan for PaperCut MF in your OneDrive. Note: Microsoft OneDrive Shared Libraries are supported but require additional setup. Contact the Help Desk with your request.

Authorizing PaperCut Scan to Cloud for Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive Shared Libraries
The first time that you select scan to SharePoint or a Shared OneDrive on a copier, you will need to authorize PaperCut to access your account. You only need to do this once. Note: This option requires setup by IT. Submit your request to the Help Desk for further assistance before proceeding. Login to a copier with PaperCut Select the Scanning option at the PaperCut screen. Select OneDrive Scan your documents. Complete your scans and log out of the device. Go to your computer or another device with access to your email and follow the process below: a. Open the email from PaperCut and click the button labeled Login to SharePoint Online. b. If you are logged into more than one Microsoft account, select your @ewu.edu account: c. Click confirm if requested. You will see the message below after you've successfully authorized access to your account. d. Look for an email from PaperCut with a link to your newly scanned documents. They will be automatically uploaded to the Sharepoint or Microsoft OneDrive Shared Library.

Logging in and Using PaperCut on Konica Minolta Copiers (Device Functions)
You must login to perform any function, except printing) on a Konica Minolta Copier. To get started, select either ID number or Username and Password. If you select username, enter your regular EWU username and password. It will prompt you for 2FA (Duo). Otherwise, select ID number to proceed. The onscreen keyboard will appear. Enter your EWU ID number, including leading zeroes! Tap Enter. Tap Login in. To make copies or use other native device functions, select Device functions. If you want to scan to Google Drive or MS OneDrive, tap Scan and see this knowledge base article. You'll be brought to the standard Konica Minolta interface. Be sure to press the physical Access button after you are finished to log out. Note: Pressing Scan on this screen will take you to the PaperCut scan to cloud options.

To make copies or use other native device functions, select Device functions and see this knowledge base article. After pressing scan, you'll see at least three options. The first will allow you to scan to your own email account. The other options are to scan to your EWU Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive. Note: Google Shared Drives are not currently supported. MS OneDrive Shared Libraries are supported, but require IT setup. If you select Scan to My Email, you should see the screen below. Put your documents in the copier to be scanned, accept defaults or change them as needed, and press Start. Once your documents have finished scanning, tap Finish and then press the physical Start button on the copier. Important, if you don't complete these steps, your scan will not be complete! After it processes, you should see the screen below. If you want to scan additional documents as separate files, tap New Scan Document. Otherwise, click Send. Your document(s) should arrive in your email box shortly. After sending, you'll return to the PaperCut function screen. Tap an option to continue or tap the logout button in the upper right or the physical Access button to end your session.
