HIPAA Compliant Zoom
Instructions to convert your account to HIPAA compliant Zoom after your request has been processed. Go to https://ewu.zoom.us Click the Sign in button. If prompted, enter your Username and SSO password. Using Zoom in Canvas (Students)
Your instructors may choose to use Zoom within a Canvas course. If so, they will add a link either in an existing Module, or a new Module specifically for this purpose. They may also send out the meeting link as an announcement or direct you to go to the "Zoom" course menu item. 1) You can access the Zoom session by clicking the link within the course module. 2) Zoom will launch within the Canvas window, and you will be prompted to download and run Zoom. There is a one-time software client you will need to install the first time you use Zoom on a new device. Back to Zoom

Scheduling Zoom Meetings for Someone Else to Host
Step 1: Completed by the person you need to schedule for (i.e., your supervisor) First, the person you need to schedule for must assign scheduling privilege to you in Zoom's settings by following these instructions. Log into ewu.zoom.us Click Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Next to Assign Scheduling Privilege to, click the + sign and add the EWU email address of the person you want to schedule Zoom meetings for you. Step 2.
