Wepa Computer Apps (Windows and Apple Macs) Print Drivers
Your computer will need one of the following application/Driver to print to Wepa Printers. Windows Print App: https://support.wepanow.com/windows-print-app/ Apple Macs Print App: https://support.wepanow.com/mac-print-app/ When the application is downloaded, Choose Eastern Washington University as your institution and log in with your EagleNet credentials. This software allows you to send print jobs to the Wepa portal, allowing you to print all sent jobs from any Wepa printer after logging into it!

Wepa Refunds for Defective Prints
Wepa Refunds for Defective Prints * Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of the incident * EWU does not refund for defective prints. To request a refund please email help@wepanow.com and provide the username associated with your wēpa account along with the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for. *Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. * Please NOTE: Wepa will not refund for user error. Please verify that your document is how you want it prior to uploading, and DOUBLE CHECK THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE at the Print Station prior to clicking on your Payment option. If you feel that the final cost of your document is not correct, then double check your upload. If you made the mistake of sending your document in color, do not print it, re-send in Black and White. Print from a Chromebook or any Chrome Device to Wepa
Press Ctrl + P (or Right-click and choose Print). Choose Save as PDF in the Destination field, and Save the PDF, which may automatically be stored in the Downloads folder. Login to http://wepanow.com and upload the PDF you just saved. Refer to the screenshot below. Release your print job at any Wepa printer.

Adding funds to your Wepa account
An additional payment option for Wepa printing is your Wepa account. Your Wepa account is separate from your Print Credit or EagleFlex. Here's how to adds funds to your Wepa account: Deposit funds to Wēpa account balance either at print station or website using a credit/debit card or PayPal. There is no minimum balance that must be maintained and any remaining user deposited funds can be refunded by contacting wēpa support (1.800.675.7639 / help@wepanow.com) PRINT STATION Login to Wēpa account either by swiping campus / tagged card or manually entering credentials. Select blue menu icon in top right, then ‘Deposit Money‘ from drop down menu. Select the amount to deposit ($10.00 defaulted) then ‘Next‘. Select a payment option, either credit/debit card on left or PayPal on right. If credit/debit card, swipe card when prompted. If PayPal, select ‘PayPal Checkout‘ to login to account. Deposited funds will appear under ‘Account Balance‘ in top right. WEBSITE Login to wēpa account. Select ‘Deposit Funds‘ in top right blue menu bar or select ‘add more‘ by ‘CURRENT BALANCE’ in the right side print queue. Select an amount to deposit ($5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $25.00, $50.00) Select a Payment Method, either Credit Card or PayPal. If Credit Card, enter Billing and Payment Information then Submit CC Deposit. If PayPal, select PayPal Checkout for a pop-up window to login to account or enter guest information. Billing Information – NOTE: Enter 00000 for Zip when using International card. Payment Information – NOTE: Expiration Date Format is MMYY and NOT MM/YY.

Wepa - How do I pay for Wepa Printing?
On the Web Login to your Wēpa account. Select Eastern Washington University as your school, then login with your regular username and password. Select Deposit Funds in top right blue menu bar or click Add More next to your current balance. Select a Payment Method, either Credit Card or PayPal. If Credit Card, enter Billing and Payment Information then Submit CC Deposit. Billing Information – NOTE: Enter 00000 for Zip when using an international credit card. Payment Information – NOTE: Expiration Date Format is MMYY and NOT MM/YY If PayPal, select PayPal Checkout for a pop-up window to login to account or enter guest information. Through the Mobile app Select Eastern Washington University as your school, then login with your regular username and password. Once logged in, tap the hamburger menu in the top left on the screen. Tap Add Balance Choose the amount and payment method you'd like to use. Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay Your EagleCard/EagleFlex Balance Each student who pays the TechFee is provided a $9.00 print credit ($13.50 for Semester Students), which can only be used with Wepa printers. The Print Credit is accessed by swiping your EagleCard at Wepa Printers. The print credit does not carry over from quarter/semester to quarter/semester. Wepa - Guest Printing Details
Login at JFK Library Public Computers Username: libraryguest Then login (no password needed) Print your document Print your document to a Wepa printer. When prompted to login, click “No account - Print now and get a Wepa code”. You will be provided with a Wepa code. Take a picture of this with your phone or write it down. Then find the nearest Wepa Printer. At the Printer Select “Don’t have a Campus Card?” Then select “I have a Wepa Code” from the options presented. Enter your code and then select your document to print. Select a Payment Option For Guest Copy Cards, select EagleCard. Or choose from the other payment options. Follow the prompts to retrieve your document. If you would like to pay before going on-campus: Register a Wepa account here Once your account is registered, click "Deposit fund" on the top right Enter the amount and payment method you wish to use.

Wepa account balance zero? Why?
By Default, students receive a $9.00 print credit per quarter ($13.50 per semester students) Which is lost upon the end of the quarter/semester, use it or lose it! This amount will be entered into your EagleCard Balance, not your Wepa Account balance. The difference is that your Wepa Balance can only be used for paying for Wepa Print jobs. All funds sent to EagleFlex or your EagleCard are a different balance from your Wepa balance!
