The login experience for EWU has changed. Look for the login.microsoftonline.com URL to ensure you are signing into an authentic website. Step 1. Begin at InsideEWU (or any other EWU SSO service) and click thebutton. In some cases, you may proceed automatically to Step 3 and you won't see this screen. Step 2. Type in your full email address, e.g. swoop@ewu.edu and click Next. Step 3. The login screen will refresh, note the EWU logo and your full email address. Type in your password. Step 4. You may receive the Duo prompt, depending on the time of your last login. Step 5. Success! You are now logged in.

With the new login experience, your EWU domain joined computer may automatically log you into InsideEWU, Outlook, and other SSO-enabled browser services. If your computer does this, you will still need to authenticate to Duo 2FA every 7 days. After opening your browser and accessing a SSO-enabled service, you may see a loading screen and Duo prompt like below. Just authenticate to Duo as normal and you'll be automatically logged in and redirected to your service.
